Built in 2008 by Goldie Home, this infill required a relaxation due to the narrower lot shape. The lot with the original bungalow was purchased and a complete redevelopment was executed by Goldie Home.  It involved buying and selling the property, design and staging of the home, and full general contracting services to completion.
